Hello ladies! How about another edition of our rock book? Been a while,i know. And I'm planning on making it up. Cos Today, I want us to look at what it takes to look gorgeous and expensive like a nigerian woman on a mission to dress to perfection to a party, preferably, an owambe.

As a Nigerian woman, a lot of thoughts need to go into how you want to be perceived at a function. And you know we all love it when we get compliments from strangers about our overall look. In order to slay effortlessly at a function, it means planning ahead. Ensure you put enough thoughts into your fabric materials( aso ebi). Make sure they don't look cheap and ugly cos you really don't need the unwanted attention. Also make sure you have a badass designer at bay. Someone who understands your body well enough to do justice to your figure and the fabric cos everybody wants to see that curve. Hence, helping you pull off the 'I woke up like this' look which is effortless and chic. Fit is everything!

One more thing you should have in mind is your make-up! Your make-up game needs to be very strong ladies. Careful not to paint your face like a two year old painting project cos Sometimes, less is more. But if your torn on the amount to make up you need to help you stand out, you can contract a make up artist to help you achieve that look or you can keep practicing your art before the event.

Nigerian women are the best when it comes to accessorising  their get-up. From the headgear to the necklace, clutch purse, earrings, rings, bangles, shoe, sunglasses, etc... every of this items must and should compliment each other.
