We bow down to your skills, admire the steadiness of your hand, and are seriously envious of your patience. But now you’re bored of that same old cat-eye, and want to jazz things up a bit. Enter bubble eyeliner.
Bubble eyeliner is a new beauty trend that’s getting loads of attention thanks to YouTube Jennygmakeup. It’s the same as regular liner, except that instead of a smooth straight line, you apply your liquid eyeliner in little bubbles – or with a scallop edge.
It’s actually not as difficult to apply as it looks. Jenny creates her liner look by placing the bottom of her eyeliner tube into the liner then gently stamping it on to the skin to create little semi circles along the lashline. She then fills in the circles with her regular eyeliner brush.
She finishes off the look with a little flick on the
end.
Simple enough, right? The classic cat-eye can bow
down to bubble liner now. Sure, it might be a bit more faff than necessary for an everyday look. But it’s a cool way to make the classic liner look feel new again for a special occasion.
